#38 VE improvements

Improvements to aid creation of applets using Eclipse Visual Editor:

- beaninfo to hide unused parameters, especially in Drawables (which inherit from Component only so VE can drag/drop them onto a DisplayCanvas).

- WCM menus, instead of using ChooseBean

- find a way to allow VE to set the button order for animator and limitcontrolpanel (right now, have to do it in the code)

- bean help/doc accessible from within VE

- improve display updating for drawables in VE (or is pause/reload good enough?)
