[Webcollab-users] Start date patch for WebCollab

I've had a patch sent to me by Juraj Kurimsk=FD with modified code to provi=
de starting date options to WebCollab.  He says that it is the first step b=
y him to adding Gantt chart functionality.

The patch looks very interesting, and I've posted it (as received) onto the=
 Sourceforge site under the Patches section.  I will try and merge this int=
o the main source code.  I know there has always been a lot of interest in =
adding start date to WebCollab.=20

I would like to merge it 'transparently', so that the traditional WebCollab=
 functionality does not appear to end users to be affected.
