I am attaching the relavent log details from apache, postgresql and 
webcollab. I enabled debug in the config.php and tried installing. I got 
this error on the screen.

Database server error:
SQLSTATE[42P01]: Undefined table: 7 ERROR: relation "site_name" does not 
exist LINE 1: UPDATE site_name SET manager_name='WebCollab Project 
Managem... ^
