As a poor man's document management system, I could really use the forum feature as a top level item, disassociated from any project. This should have an item in the main menu, similar to ToDo or Calendar. Such a feature would allow me to post general info (such as contact procedures for vendors, on call schedules, troubleshooting steps, etc) w/o attaching it to a specific project.
