#89 SubGroups/Project Teams

WebColl is great for our needs, however one great
limitation is the following (since our organization
is fairly small and there is a lot of project support
of those not in a specific 'department')

I find USER GROUPS affective for major categories in
the organization especially for those overseeing
major sets of projects; however many projects require
individuals outside of that user group, ie personnel
that don't need to be overseeing all those projects,
but are working on one of those projects

(to make every projects have a different USER GROUP
would make the Structure of the organization
cumbersome and unweildy)

I'm asking, wondering if it would be possible for
creating 'teams' which would be project or task
specific groupings, not necessarily of the 'global'
USER GROUP of which that project falls under
