I have a suggestion about a knowledgebase. So many of
my projects use the same information, or updates old
info. The strength of a knowledgebase comes with time
if you enter your ideas and experiences in it. Not only
can you find what you need fast, you will actually
improve your mind and be able to keep all your ideas
and experiences available. The following suggestion
should make it easy to start a new project and straight
away find relevant historical info:

1. The knowlegebase should be able to store uploaded
files, notes directly entered on the website (with
perhaps some text styling), and maybe links to other
resources like webpages, and it would be good if it
could import/export.

2. To every entry in the knowledgebase the user must
relate one or more categories or keywords.

3. From project or task view you should be able to
search for and relate to entries in the knowledgebase.
This way the same information may be available in
different projects and/or tasks.

4. In project and task view, user should be able to
make new notes or upload new files, and then there
should be a choice of storing it in the knowledgebase,
in the project, or in the task. This way, when deleting
a project or a task, the information not stored in the
knowledgebase will also be deleted. Only relevant info
should go into the knowlegdebase.

Hope you like this suggestion.
