I've got Webcleaner installed on a win2k machine and I can't get into =
configuration. When you first start it up it asks you to edit the
configuration file to change the adminpass variable and then restart the
proxy. Then it ask you to log on using the supplied credentials from =
initial web page and the configuration link (which is just a link to the
loopback address). Whenever I try to get to that config page it just =
me that the page is unavailable, it doesn't load it - it's just the =
error that you get when IE can't find a page. I've confirmed that the =
service is running, so what's going on?
I changed the service account to the local administrator's account on =
machine and that made no difference .. I'm really at a loss. Any ideas?

I just updated the troubleshooting paragraph at
(see at the bottom for 'Troubleshooting for Windows').
Hopefully this information helps you to analyze your problems to
access the web configuration page.
