First release outside CVS.

subscription notifications have been updated. This is much more robust to SMTP failures and avoid double notifications or misses.
Available in CVS.

New files have been commited.
notify.pl script can now send emails notifications. This is still in beta stage, but it is now useable.

Firstr files have been uploaded to cvs. This is still very rough and to be considered as a test version.

Project has just been registered. A Beta version will be available in the CVS repository soon.
