#64 cannot move file error -check directory permisions

Webcards has installed perfectly but now that I am trying to upload a image it gives me the
error "Cannot move file" - "Check directory permissions"

I have been browsing this forum looking for answers and I changed the chmod for the actual webcards folder to 777 and the config.php to 777 but when I tried again it gave me the same error.

Any thoughts? Thank you.
