#47 Mail not being sent

Hello
I also posted on the forum seeking help.
The mail function although it says it is working is not
actually sending the mail using SMTP.
I have tried both
localhost & mail.domain name with no results.
My server requires SMTP authentication
The details of sent mails are being stored in the logs Ok
but are not being received.
I have set up a temp admin for you.
See atached text file for more info.
