#7 When you're logged out, there's no notification telling why

If you log in with, say IE, then log in with Mozilla,
you're kicked out of IE when you try to do something
admin-ny. That's because the session stored in the db
user table is different than the one stored in the IE
cookie now that you logged in under mozilla. There
should be a notification of some sort indicating that
you have been kicked out of some other location. and
that other location should tell you that you logged in
at a different location.
