#255 Veo Stingray display problem

I have a Veo Stingray that has a serial number beginning with 323 and although the camera is recognised by macam and other applications when plugged into the usb port, the display is black. I have adjusted all the gain, brightness and other settings in an effort to display an image to no avail. Any suggestions?
