I'm using WebCalendar, version 1.2.7-1. I set it up using a one-click-installation from my Provider (Strato in Germany, www.strato.de). WebCalendar is up and running fine. Still one Problem remains: I need to login using Thunderbird / Lightning. When I'm using the web-based-login, everything works fine. But, when I try to login via Lightning or if I enter the URL http://webcal.mydomain.de/icalclient.php directly in my browser, I'm asked for a username and password - and I'm not able to Login, all though username an password is correct. I tried to set "use_http_auth: true" - when using this setting, i can't login at all. Please Help.
I am having the same issue, I got the build from my provider, IXwebhosting. Already found one bug with ajax.php. I have not mucked with the settings but I knwo I am using the database to control authentication.
FOund my issue, I had set up the lightning interaction as a Caldev when creating the calendar. It works under Ical, hence icalclient.php...duh
I take it back, I am still having the issue as Stefan, I can login via the web but not using icalclient.php via lightning
