#38 attachments not working for large files
Looking at the attachments on
http://www.1org.ca/wbdev/tiki-index.php
Larger files are uploading OK, but when I go to
download, they are much larger file size than the
original and often don't work.
E.g. bear.jpg was 385 KB on upload and 1,153 KB on
download and failed to open.
