#37 "CVS" in page title permission error

Very strange, when I try to create or access a page
with "CVS" in the title I get a permission error

e.g.
http://1org.ca/wbdev/cvs
http://cooptools.ca/CVS

Does not seem to be a problem on different server...
http://syc-cjs.org/sustainable/cvs

Maybe something specific with my servers?
