Thank you for your feedback. All that apturl does is use the local apt-get system to install packages in your repositories. Element's repository has been removed as it is no longer maintained so just google the addon and download it directly.
I have a couple of people working on creating a web site similar to that of elements but being as they are volunteer it gets done when it gets done.
As for flash, it is not open source software and being as we are on sourceforge.net we can can only distribute open source software. I could sign the free distribution agreements with adobe but I don't know of where I could host it for free. If we get big enough to have regular donations to support a web site or maybe set up a torrent. I don't think of this as being that big of a bug as you can install it from synaptic or directly from adobe as you do with windows.
Thank you for trying webbhtpc, I will do what I can to alleviate these concerns in the future.

Hi There!
Had the following errors after install
1) apturl was not installed (couldn't install addon's from previous element website)
2) flash wouldn't work in firefox, had to install manually
3) once apturl was installed it couldn't find the files on elementmypc.com add-on pages (these were there last night when I installed Element.
If we can get these fixed as well as myself figuring out the HDMI sound issue. We're all set.
Also, the audio keeps trying to go to Webb user home when another user is created.

The autologin is a little busted should be fixed on next spin. I'm currently focusing on that and setting up an update repository.
Just run sudo mousepad /etc/slim.conf
Then comment out webb as the user name and set auto login to no.
