For me the best solution would be:
- migrate the wiki to github
- install a new mantisbt on project web on Sourceforge and import all bugs
history. Block new tickets creation.
- try to find a way to redirect our old URLs to this new instance
- use github bug tracker for new tickets

What do you think?
