[EsiGate-devel] Esigate 4.2 and automated release

Hi, 

Esigate release is now set up in Jenkins. This means we can release with a single click (and then publish the artifacts from OSS nexus). 
This includes jar signing, pushing to Nexus staging, website update.

Distribution file update is not yet fonctionnal, see :

This required a few changes in the POM and I committed the changes on both trunk and 4.x branch. 

Thanks to this, esigate 4.2 is now released and contains some important fixes (see https://sourceforge.net/apps/mantisbt/webassembletool/changelog_page.php).
