is it possible, to change the custom commands-modul in such a way, that the "edit", "add" and "configure module" links, and also the custom commands, get displayed/hidden, depending on the user logged in?
i want the non priviligued admins to be able to run custom commands, and nothing else, no adding/editing/module-config. And some semi admins should be able to use some more custom commands...
or is something like that possible in another way?

Yes it is, enable the module for a user then edit the config by clicking it under that user.
