How small can a WebMin installation be? Which modules are mandatory? I tried deleting a lot of modules from my local installation, but I don't know how far I can go. Any tips?

  Each module or directory under webmin/ is its own entity with perhaps some enhancing cross-module functionality. Therefore you can delete any directory under for instance /usr/share/webmin ... except allow the webmin/webmin which contains all of the core functions to stay.
  
  You could use the menu selection 'webmin configuration ---> webmin modules' and (multi) select the modules to delete from you installation. That might be the best and it presents the modules with the more full description.
