Has anyone developed a module for OTRS? www.otrs.org is a helpdesk web-based application that is extreamely robust in configurations. I think it could benefit from a webmin module for customizing the connections to email servers (Exchange), CRON jobs, LDAP, Graphs and front-end themes.
