...somebody please write one! vsFTPd works and all but it is weird. Can't find the logs and is not as easy to configure as WuFTPd. Need a Webmin module for this pretty bad. Somebody write one please!

go to you're shell and type man vsftpd.conf
there are complete directions there. try them one at a time and experiment.
as far as the chrooted users list you need to create a text file for it and for each user you need to type it in lowercase and then in uppercase
this is not mentioned but i figured it out.
to restart it you need to restart xinetd
the vsftpd.conf file tells you where the logs are
so go to system tools and then choose system logs and edit where the ftp log file is and it wil work.
the vsftpd.conf file is in the etc folder.
the log file is in the /var/log/ folder in a textfile called vsftpd.log
