#476 No way to set default minimum time between autoreplies

In the "Mail Forwarding and Replies" module, there is no way to set a default value for the "Minimum time between autoreplies" setting. Tech-unsavvy users invariably leave this set to "No minimum", causing quite a nuisance. Please could there be a module setting that defines the default minimum time between autoreplies.
