After update webmin to 1.870-1 version, I have a problem with usermin and Authentic Theme - nothing is displayed. I checked it on few servers.
Which browser are you using there?
I try: Mozilla Firefox 57.0.2 Google Chrome 63.0.3239.84 Opera 49.0.2725.47 Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.18618

Did you try updating to the latest Usermin 1.730?
On some installations, it's noticed to be important keeping Authentic Themes in sync due to caching.
You could go to Webmin and force upgrade the themes for both Webmin and Usermin.
Make sure that you reload browser window or even better, first, clear cache manually.
When I reinstall theme, problem is gone. Thanks
