We have noticed than when using the Gray Theme in Usermin, we are missing buttons on the Usermin read mail page. The buttons "Manage Address Book" and "Manage Folders" do not appear. Switching to a different theme (such as the MSC.Linux theme) will show these buttons under the mail list.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 Server 64bit
Usermin: 1.640
Browser: Chrome (although this happens on IE as well).

Glad to help :) This had been around for a while, and we just used the Blue Theme to get around it. Now that its deprecated, I figured we'd post the issue now to get it fixed.
