#93 Webmin Install Issues

I downloaded 1.610 (tar.gz file), copied into /opt, untarred and ran ./setup.sh. Note this is on a Debian 6.0.6 virtual machine, but it has also happened on a physical Debian install.

Once the post-install scripts section is reached, I get the attached errors.
