#65 change.pl cannot find in webmin module

I was reading about topics concerning passwords for webmin. I have been looking through the module and didn't find "change.pl." Was it missing when I installed it? I want to log in to Webmin but I don't have the password or user name. What is the default password and username for this so I can change it?
