#62 (pam_unix)Authentication failure in log

Webmin 1.300

Installed Webmin via Yum and RPM both instances I
receive a authentication failure in the log file when
I attempt to launch Webmin. IE kicks back a 404
error. I am a ideas would be great.complete noob with
Linux. I have successfully installed it before via
Yum and the setup.sh script. No problems in the
previous installation. I have the lastest distro from
www.webmin.com. I have atempted the password change
to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
