#28 Long delays

Using Red Hat Linux 9 with minimal install with perl
installed and apache, sendmail, mysql, and some other
servers. It installs fine (RPM install) but when I connect,
sometimes the miniserver will respond right away, but
most of the time it takes 20-30 seconds for a response.
Is webmin suppossed to be like this? Is this another
manifestation of the reverse DNS\identd timeout?
