I'm assuming you mean through the webmin interface? If your problem is
the same as mine was, you can do it manually:
cd to /tmp/.webmin
cd to the Net_SSLeay.pm-1.21 directory:
when you go back to webmin, it will detect the SSLeay library and ssl
will work fine.
