In your situation, this isn't really as serious as it sounds .. To turn it
go into Webmin Configuration -> Trusted Referers and select the 'Trust links
from unknown referers' option. Basically, if that option is not checked and
webmin cannot tell where a CGI was linked to from, then the error you

was referred to from. But in your case, this doesn't seem to be happening ..
