i think we are using scpOnly to get round this same problem
then when domains are set-up in Virtualmin the shell permissions are all set
for ftp + mail + domain
this lets them get FTP access to upload website files & stops them seeing
anything outside their own directory
i might have got it wrong as none of the users can SSH into the server - but
as i don't want them to anyway its fine by me (i'll look closely at the
scpOnly options after i've got more time)
