RH 7.1 doesn't install Linuxconf anymore unless you select the individual packages (At least for the custom install). Since RH 7.1 already comes with OpenSSL preinstalled, it is ready for Webmin using SSL. If there is anything we can do, don't hesitate to let us know. Good luck! I think suse is pretty much comitted to YAST, but maybe redhat would be interested.
