Hi Jamie, Sorry for my lack of information but what I do is clone 10 times "custom command" And give them specific names. After my "rsync" I have /etc/webmin/custom and /etc/webmin/custom1 to 10 on both server. But they are not showing in "Others" on my backup server. I think I nead to copy some "webmin" config file that keeps track of the cloning.
