I create a index.html and test.html file in the public_html if i try
to access to it i dont see anythink

so isnt a php, or wordpress problem.

The error_log that i posted is the /var/log/apache2/error_log file. So
apache dont gives me too much information about this. (the error level
is set to WARN so itm ust log anything unless debug.

i remove the ruby module.

this is again the error_log:
