In the directory I got to at: http://download.webmin.com/devel/rpm/ there is a 1.449-1 version and a "current" version. Both appear to have the same modification date and time. You referred to a version 1.459...Please let me know which i should try. I'm not sure whether the "current" version is your Current released version - or the most recent development version.
