The way I am deploying this is, I have a webmin and friends in global zone. Then when I am done with testing and am ready to roll it out to our user's zones, I do a rsync of the webmin binaries to the zone. Then in each zone, I run the setup.sh script to make any necessary changes. Is that not right thing to do? So, I guess I need to copy /usr/local/etc/webmin/file also. I'll try later tonight.
