Dear Pascal, I been having the same problem. I have written about it extensively here, including all the suggestions previously made on this list and elsewhere. http://webmin.us/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=542 In my lay opinion, it seems to be due to the fact that webprefix is not being added to links within the Webmin pages (at the higher levels of the webmin heirarchy). If you add the webprefix in yourself then it is possible, although difficult, to use webmin in this way. Once you proceed into the lower levels of webmin, e.g. the apache control screen, the the webprefix is added to the links, so it becomes easier to use. Also it seems to help to have a trailing "/" after the webmin in the Proxypass and Proxypass reverse statements. You will find al this explained on the forum page above. Good luck Tim > I'm trying to use webmin in a subdirectory of apache2 on suse. > > I have set up the httpd.conf: > > <IfModule mod_proxy.c> > ProxyRequests Off > <Proxy *> > Order allow, deny > Allow from all > </Proxy> > > ProxyPass /webmin http://localhost:10000/ > ProxyPassReverse /webmin http://localhost:10000/ > </IfModule> > > and the config of webmin: > > webprefix=/webmin > webprefixnoredir=1 > > When i press the login button i will be redirected again to the login page. > > I have seen that this problem was already treated in this list some time ago, > but no solution was given. |
