I've noticed for over a month now that Webmin/Usermin have been hardmasked upstream by Gentoo QA with the following error:

!!! The following installed packages are masked:
- app-admin/webmin-1.510 (masked by: package.mask)
/usr/portage/profiles/package.mask:
# Diego E. Pettenò <flameeyes@gentoo.org> (10 Aug 2010)
#  on behalf of QA team
#
# The ebuild breaks about any QA policy regarding not touching
# live filesystem as it writes to LVM configuration,
# cron configuration, current-running kernel modules, RPM
# library, ...
#
# Removal on 2010-10-09

For more information, see the MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge
man page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

Is this being fixed so it can be re-introduced back into portage? The only reason I noticed is because I obviously have Webmin/Usermin installed my my gentoo server and it's been blocking a system update since I first noticed it early in August.
