From now the german registrar allows domain names with
Umlaut-characters like ö,ä and ü.

The scripts create_master.cgi, create_slave.cgi and
create_forward.cgi implement a check against this
characters which makes it impossible to create zones
with those characters.

    This is more of a feature request than a bug.
    At the moment, you would need to manually convert the domain
    name to the 'real' IDN format like
    xn--blahbdfsfdsfd.com
    before creating it in Webmin.
