#110 MySQL 5.0 support

Hi,
VirtualMin should support MySQL 5.0. Maybe it supports
it now, but the main difference between 4.0 and 4.1/5.0
is it supports different character sets for databases.
See PHPMyAdmin when using MySQL 5.0, it allows you to
create database with chosen collation. Without this,
MySQL 5.0 & Virtualmin are unusable outside USA.
