#101 custom fields enhanced

Custom fields in virtualmin is great feature, but it's
quite unusable for any personal info, because
virtualmin user can modify them. Is it possible, to add
checkbox for every field, whether it is or is not
"private" -> virtualmin cannot see them and edit them?
