Whenever I unzip and installer, for example SugarCRM, some of the permissions are inevitably wrong from the perspective of my host and phpsuexec, etc.

I need to put 755 on folders and 644 on .php files, is my understanding.

I can unzip the installer locally and upload the files by FTP, but that's just stupid, and never completes successfully.

So, with usermin, is there a sequence of operations I can use to set the permissions as needed?  I don't see how.

It appears that Usermin needs a fourth option in setting permissions recursively, *only folders* under this one, as well as the ability to specify a filename specification.
