When I uploaded a file with Arabic name from Windows 7 the name is shown as question marks.
Even when I renamed the file in filemin it is converted to & # 1605; & # 1604; & # 1601; & # 1575; & # 1587; & # 1605; & # 1607; & # 1593; & # 1585; & # 1576; & # 1610;.txt
which should be ملف اسمه عربي
I switch the browser encoding to Unicode and it looks ok.But I have to switch to unicode every time I refresh. So I had to change Webmin language configuration to English(US)-UTF8 and it is fixed now.
I'll look into the text editor later.

Hi, as using Webmin for years (many) I must say, it's' good enaough. File Manager was however a little bit ugly, java it was. Slow, but I got used to it. By all means - the new Filemin seems better, but it has some lacks... but I like it. Well - the search function has to be more powerful, due to search of intererst: Texts, files, meta.... One ting that must change is the Copy-funktion. "It's no meaning copy the file to the same directory" - that's the message. Well - most of the times that's exactly what I want, copy a file to the same directory but giving it a new name. Best Regards /CGN
