I have tried setting the new Theme on 6 servers, only one was successful, all the others gave an error message about a missing file.

I had to use the CL to repair the Webmin config files back to the previous theme before I could use Webmin again.

Same problem here... but could not roll back to my last gray-theme working theme (I edited /etc/webmin/config file replacing authentic-theme to gray-theme but now I only get the error down below...

The error message seems to be:
    Can't locate LWP/Simple.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/share/webmin /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.14.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.14 /usr/share/perl/5.14 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /usr/share/webmin/ ..) at /usr/share/webmin/authentic-theme/sysinfo.cgi line 196.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/share/webmin/authentic-theme/sysinfo.cgi line 196.

Any help how to roll back or change theme manually?

    I

    install libwww-perl

assuming a Ubuntu (or a Debian variant):
    sudo apt-get install libwww-perl

you can do this via SSH if you've borked your Webmin install

OR, for those of you who have not yet changed themes (and you should -- the "Authentic" theme is absolutely fantastic!), add the package via Webmin. [ System > Software Packages ]

      re: "there is some difference"

yes, the FIRST changes the theme for the named user, the SECOND changes it for all users
