Hi have a strange problem

2 ubuntu webmin servers connected via Draytek routers using VPN

1 way all computers connect correctly (locally and remote)

the other way

Windows XP connects correctly over VPN

Windows 10 give system error 1312 over VPN but connects correctly locally

MAC OSx won't connect over VPN or Locally

this all used to work perfectly, I cannot see what changed

I hope this is clear
