    Failed to write to c:/webmin/temp/
actually - get a LINUX system
since you are using windows, moving to CENTOS/REDHAT is a breeze
meanwhile? make c:\temp writeable by everyone
    change later if need

Also, after this error shows, my c:\webmin\temp folder just gets deleted automatically...

I cannot switch to linux at this time, i need to use windows and i have dansguardian server on linux (debian) that i need to manage but i cannot install additional services on it. Because of this i need to use webmin and remotely manage dansguardian service.

Btw. if i change to c:\temp is it possible that it works??

clue? Failed to write to c:/webmin/temp/
    should read
Failed to write to c:\webmin\temp\ check the script for this pathing

not sure - maybe your perl interpreter? activestate?
do this- just search for that text path within your files in the directory where you keep activestate, webmin. should be pretty easy really.
i havent used activestate in a real long time b/c we gave up windows. but there has to be a pathing variable, especially temp.
also check your windows env vars for one denoting webmin temp.
