Using webmin’s file manager, I have some problems to create or edit files that contain special characters (non-latin), for example ‘ä’, ‘ö’ _or ‘ü’_.
If a new html file, containing these characters, is saved through webmin’s file manager and then viewed with a web browser, the special characters are not printed. Instead there are small boxes.
It seems that files created through webmin’s file manager are not stored in the necessary utf-8-format. Can this be changed somehow?
Have you ever found a solution for this? It is really annoying!
