    Hi,

    We get these hourly mail:

    cron <root@server> /etc/webmin/bandwidth/rotate.pl
Rather than invoking init scripts through /etc/init.d, use the service(8) utility, e.g. service rsyslog restart

Since the script you are attempting to invoke has been converted to an Upstart job, you may also use the restart(8) utility, e.g. restart rsyslog rsyslog start/running, process 5321

Seems to be a problem in the bandwith rotate.pl script that is calling a restart on the syslog using the old /etc/init.d script.
This schould be changed for ubuntu >10.04 since it uses service instead of init scripts!

I have the same issue but when I look into rotate.pl, I don't see a call to /etc/init.d anywhere…so why is this message being triggered every time??  Which part of rotate.pl is causing this?
