Connection errors and Warning with apt update

I installed Webmin last night on an Ubuntu 22.04.1 (updated) VPS and using the guide on the official Webmin website.
In Webmin right from the start I have received continuous reports of connection errors that force me to log in.
Then in apt update I find this warning.

W: GPG error: https://download.webmin.com/download/repository sarge Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY D97A3AE911F63C51
E: The repository 'https://download.webmin.com/download/repository sarge Release' is not signed.

Never had all these problems with webmin.
The server is a VPS on an ISP; it's in production and unfortunately I don't have a recovery image before installing webmin.

Is the Webmin PGP key installed?

wget -q -O- http://www.webmin.com/jcameron-key.asc | sudo apt-key add

You could also try a different repository / mirror in Ubuntu (Maybe that one is currently having a problem?):

Hold on, let me create webmin-repo-setup.sh to setup repos automatically.
